Proposed Property Tax Rule on Proposition 19

The California State Board of Equalization, the controlling entity for California real property tax, has just released proposed Rules and Guidelines to the County Assessors on how the New Proposition 19, passed in November 2020, will work on the sale of your residence if you are over 55 and after April 1, 2021.
